Home For Love

Book Two in the Maple Ridge Series

Published by She Rises Studios

Synopsis

Emmy award winning producer, Maggy Anderson, has conquered success in Hollywood, but remains alone after a break-up five years ago and a slew of disappointing dates with men in LA.

She’s given up on love. But when her father suffers a heart attack, and she returns to her childhood home on the East Coast, Maggy is jolted by an overwhelming chemistry with the new town doctor.

Mark Richards, a veteran dealing with PTSD from his service ten years ago, has just left his ER job in Manhattan. He’s ready to meet the right woman in a smaller town, settle down, and have a family. A Hollywood producer living in Los Angeles is a far cry from what he envisioned for himself.

As their attraction intensifies between the two of them, Maggy finds herself questioning her happiness and life choices. But Maggy has a new television pilot almost guaranteed to become a hit and she needs to return to LA. Mark won’t do a long-distance relationship, wants a family, and doubts the successful, career-driven woman wants the same thing.

Will Maggy listen to her heart? Will Mark wait for her? Or will he choose a love from his past?

Home for Love is a heartfelt romance novel with a touch of glamor and the second book in the Maple Ridge series. If you like strong, independent women, family-oriented men and opposites attracting, you’ll enjoy Home For Love.
